Privacy Policy

Prof. Nano · Effective and last updated: October 19, 2026

Prof. Nano does not collect, process, store or share any personal data. The game works offline. The only network connection happens when the Full Version is bought or restored in the Grown-Ups' Corner, through Apple's own purchase system.

1. Who provides the app?

Prof. Nano is published by independent developer Mehmet Ali Dengis ("we"). For any privacy question: mealidengis@gmail.com

2. Data we do not collect

None of the following is collected or sent off the device:

The app asks for none of these permissions. There are no accounts and no sign-in, and children are never asked their age.

3. Information that stays on the device

To make the game work, the following is kept only in the app's own storage on the device: earned cards, opened regions, stars, sound and voice settings, the break-reminder preference, the chosen language and whether the Full Version is unlocked. This is not personal data and never leaves the device; it is not sent to us, to Apple or to anyone else. Progress can be reset in the Grown-Ups' Corner, and deleting the app deletes it.

4. Purchases

The app is free to download and Lighthouse Point is free to play. The whole island is unlocked with a one-time Full Version purchase in the Grown-Ups' Corner. Payment and restoring are handled entirely by Apple under Apple's own terms; we have no access to your payment details. There are no subscriptions, coins or other in-app payments. The purchase screen is behind a grown-up gate that children cannot pass.

5. Third parties

The app contains no ads, ad networks, analytics tools, social media links, cloud services or third-party tracking software. No external links open from inside the app. Prof. Nano's voice was generated once during development and is built into the app; no voice or text is sent anywhere while playing.

6. Children's privacy

Prof. Nano is designed for children. Because no personal data is collected from children, there is no data processing that would require parental consent. This approach is designed to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and Apple's Kids Category rules.

7. If you email us

Writing to us for support is entirely optional. If you do, your email address and message are used only to reply to you, for no other purpose, and are not shared with anyone. They are deleted on request. Emails are kept in Google's Gmail service, whose servers may be located outside your country. You can exercise your rights (access, correction, deletion and so on) by writing to the same address.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, this page will be updated and the date above renewed. Any important change, such as starting to collect data, would be announced clearly together with an app update.
